We believe that investing should always be less about emotions and more about STRATEGY. In an ever-evolving world, it is important to always be receptive to change. We do, however, understand that our backgrounds and situations are not the same, hence we have chosen an approach to tailor-making our investment strategies for our clients. We believe a blanket approach undermines the beauty that lies in the uniqueness that every single one of us brings to this world.

Property Investing Strategy

Our property investment strategy entails helping our clients create property investment portfolios that have a blend of cash flow and capital appreciation properties across different investment property classes. We believe that in order for a property investment portfolio to scale. There must be liquidity and equity which drives cash flow and provides refinancing opportunities. We explore different investment property classes such as New Developments, Multi-Lets, Airbnb, Student Accommodation, and Medical Centers. As the world evolves, it is important to cater to the new way of living and doing things. Our property investment strategies provide a buffer to accommodate constant changes in the global economy. Depending on the needs of the client, we explore buying investment property in the Individual Capacity (Natural Person), Private Company (PTY), or a Trust (Inter Vivos). The choice of which entity to use will be highly dependent on the type of investment horizon (short/medium or long-term) we are working on with our client.

We have partnered with renowned Psychologists and Mental Health Specialists who understand how issues such as past traumas and addictions can become barriers to us effectively investing. This then makes us miss out on the opportunities of creating financial freedom and building true wealth that can become a Legacy for our families.
